East St. Louis Business Development Chamber of Commerce, is a new Chamber in the state of Illinois created June 30, 2011. The Chamber is a nonprofit organization of professional business men and women, who have joined together for the sole purpose of promoting businesses and creating economic development in the city of East St. Louis.
