The mission of the East St. Louis Business Development Chamber of Commerce is to advance and promote the economic environment for business and to advocate responsive government and quality education in an attempt to develop community characteristics.

 

We are proposing to encourage business and community prosperity by promoting educational economic programs designed to strengthen and enhance the financial opportunities for all businesses within the City of East St. Louis.
